Do I need to complete both payments?
Yes — the setup fee covers onboarding and configuration, and the subscription keeps the system running. You can pay them separately or start with the setup today and subscribe when onboarding begins.
When does billing start?
Your first $750 charge happens the day you activate the subscription, then monthly on that same date. No surprise charges.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time — just email us. The setup fee is non-refundable after the first 30 days (we've done the work). The monthly subscription cancels at the end of your current billing period.
How fast is the onboarding?
Most practices are live in 3–5 business days. The only thing that slows it down is call forwarding setup on your end, which takes about 10 minutes with your phone carrier.
